The desire to capture a fleeting moment. This collaborative exhibition sees artists Susannah Wheatcroft and Jessica Pye use sculpture and installation to portray their technicolour view of the world, focusing on enchanted moments that can be found within day-to-day instants in life. Juxtaposing fluorescent shards with melting puddles whilst playing with synthetic material and natural lighting, this collaboration results in a deconstructed kaleidoscope that the audience is invited to explore.

Interactions and ResponsesAs part of my latest project I have been exploring the concept of the power of art forms and what seeing art can mean for different people. The fascination I have with this concept inspired me to carry out an experiment of sorts. For the last month I have been taking my sculptures on trips out with me... A series of photographs and video clips document these travels, capturing 'the blob' in unexpected surroundings, and in some cases in situations where individuals are interacting. Its interesting to observe how different people respond to this random multicoloured mass, some intrigues, asking questions wanting to touch it, others taking a wide birth or choosing to walk on the opposite side of the street.
